This cake was done for a couple from the South side of the Big Island. The bride wanted to go with green cymbidium orchids. I can't say this enough but green cymbidium orchids in Hawaii never seem to get old for weddings. There exotic look and beauty compliments a wedding cake very well. To help cut cost for the bride I offered her silk flowers that we had left in the bakery. The cake is chocolate with chocolate ganache and velvet love with creamcheese filling.
