Penguin Cake Bites

I recently had a client who has a son that loves penguins!  So she ordered 120 cake bites for her son's birthday party.  The flavors were velvet love and chocolate cake coated white chocolate. These were served on little platters along with other desserts at there party.  They substituted a cake for "Cake Bites"!  Isn't that so original?!  I love it.  The concept was different, especially with the design being a penguin.  I also made a smaller cake bite to match the penguins and embedded a candle for the little boy to blow out during his celebration.  Due to the amount of cake bites I had I was only able to scramble a few that I did for a quick photo shot.
