Organic Theme Cookies and Cake Bites

As you have all been waiting to see from our previous "Sneak Peek: Organic Themed Wedding" post.  Our bride ordered gourmet sweets to feature in her wedding as a treat buffet.  We made approximately 100 chocolate chip cookies, 48 chocolate and vanilla sugar cookies, and 40 cake bites.  The sugar cookies were in shapes of hearts with vines on the side and in shapes of butterflies. They were individually wrapped and complimented with a mini bow.  The cake bites were chocolate flavored with white chocolate coating and vanilla flavored with milk chocolate coating.  All cake bites were topped with sugar drizzles and some had mini vine leaves and mini sugar flowers.  I have to give props to our delivery man, CJ who traveled to Mauna Kea Resort, did the set up and took pictures of the cookies and cake bites.  All though the pictures could have been in better angles, cough*cough... he did a great job!
