Late Summer Cuppycakes

We recently had an order for 216 cuppycakes for a little girl's birthday party.  Her color scheme for her party was yellow, lime green, and pink. The colors reminded me of summer which explains the title of our post.  The mother requested to have mini flowers on the chocolate flavored cuppycakes so we came up with this design.  Each flower has a golden metallic bead in the middle of the flower and everything is edible.  I wish I was able to get a whole shot of all the cuppycakes but after creating over 400 mini flowers along with decorating over 200 cuppycakes.. I didn't have the time to set up a nice shot of all the cuppycakes!  But I think the pictures I got are enough to show you what we created and I love the setting of our background.

Brown and Pink Peony Wedding Cake

This is a large 3 tier round wedding cake that served 125 guests and that was delivered in Waimea.  The cake is covered in dark chocolate fondant and topped with handmade sugar peonies.  The cake flavors are guava with swiss meringue buttercream, vanilla with cream cheese filling and diced fresh strawberries, and strawberry delight with cream cheese filling and diced fresh strawberries.  We had a great time working with the beautiful bride, Makana to come up with a design for her wedding cake.

J + K Heart Shaped Wedding Cake

Congratulations to the Newly weds, Kristyn and John!!!  The bride, Kristyn requested to have a heart shaped cake with their initials on it with fresh purple singapore orchids to match her wedding bouquet.  We created mini pearlized sugar butterflies to go with her cake since part of her theme was butterflies.  Also if you notice we put her cake on an oversized board because she had a wedding cake topper that she wanted to put along side of the cake. Unfortunately we didn't get a picture with the wedding cake topper that she used with the cake.  But we did get pictures of it by itself and other pics that she provided of her wedding.

Sweet Plum Plumeria Cake

This buttercream wedding cake is 3 tiers round, mango with mango filling and lilikoi with lilikoi filling.  The bride who chose the colors absolutely loves purple so we had the opportunity to create this fun colored wedding cake.  The plumerias and mini leaves are handmade sugar plumerias and leaves.

Susan + Jason Wedding Cake

Congratulations to the beautiful couple from California who decided to wed in Kailua Kona, Hawaii!  This cake is coconut with coconut filling covered in vanilla buttercream.  The flowers used to decorate the cake are fresh singapore orchids.

Halloween Sprinkled Cuppycakes

WOW!  We have been getting a lot of chocolate orders for our Halloween Cuppycakes.  Hmmm is it the dark hue of the cuppycakes that scream night, dark, and possibly scary?  What ever it is I think the cake looks great with the Halloween decorations.  If your a chocolate lover, you have to try our chocolate cake.  Our chocolate cake is made with fresh ingredients with out any preservatives or hydrogenated oils.  It is moist and melts in your mouth just like chocolate itself does. Yum!

BOO! Cuppycakes

These cuppycakes were ordered for Kai's classmates in his school.  He specifically wanted ghost on his cuppycakes along with sprinkles.  So we decided to do half a batch of sprinkled cuppycakes along with half being Ghost cuppycakes.  I wish I had more time to take a picture of all our cuppycakes but our orders have been coming and going faster then I can take a snap a shot.
