FAA Retirement Cake

Congratulations Dad!

A retirement cake for some one who just retired from FAA.  We kept the cake simple with a nice FAA logo and airbrushed blue to green colors to keep the cake from being too fancy.  After all it was for a man.

This was a mango flavored cake with vanilla butter cream.

Congratulations to the newly weds!  This was an absolute stunning wedding held at one of the Kona Bay Estate Homes.  Everything from the decor to the cake all went together with out a flaw.  

The cake was a 3 tier white pearlized iced wedding cake.  Complimented with Coral colored seaweed, seashells, starfish, and roses.  The Bottom tier is vanilla with vanilla buttercream, the middle is coconut with chocolate buttercream and the top tier is vanilla with cream cheese filling.

Wonderful 50!

This is a 3 tier round birthday cake, chocolate cake with lilikoi filling and covered with fondant.  The client who ordered the wedding cake wanted this for her husband who has many hobbies.  Since he enjoys photography we incorporated polaroid snapshots of the things he enjoys and placed them on the cake.  Between each tier we added dividers to give the cake height and to make it look a bit different from the regular stacked tiered cakes.
